Ⅰ Introduction

The machine suitable for above 110KV Transformer and large Transformer on-site maintenance and high level of new oil, transformer oil and other insulating oil treatment. It have the bigger advantage for machine used for high altitude areas.

1.Two stage high vacuum. Unique and advanced dehydration and degassing system, using three-dimensional flash technology, high pumping speed, can quickly remove the oil in the water, 
2.impurities, hydrocarbons and other harmful ingredients. To improve the insulating oil flash point and compressive strength. 
3.Adopt special filtration technology what combine the mesh filter with high polymer adsorption, Multistage precise filtration, can effectively filter out small impurities in oil.
4.Adopt advanced medium of heat absorbing and cooling system, automatic constant temperature control device, automatic liquid level control device, bubble elimination device and pressure protection device.
5.Use infrared liquid level control, to avoid the phenomenon of running oil.

6.The machine is equipped with: electric leakage, overload, load shut down device; Phase sequence, phase loss protection; Interlock protection device; Security downtime control, and other functions,Oil drain system, vacuum system and heating system are interlocked, to avoid mal-operation, and prolong the machine’s service lift.
