Tech:The Difference between Big Current Generator & Temperature Rise Test System
What is the difference between ordinary high current generator and fully automatic temperature rise experiment system? Why is there such a big price difference between the two?

They all belong to test equipment.
The Main Difference between them is the Test Time.
The running time of ordinary big current generators is short, and it may be completed in just a few minutes (for example, 5 minutes).
Long-term operation lasts for more than 8 hours, and the temperature rise test lasts for 8 hours. It cannot generate heat for a long time. The fully automatic temperature rise test system requires automatic control, automatic control the current. We have done many temperature rise test equipment up to 10,000A.
The price of the temperature rise test system is much higher price than that of ordinary high current generators because it needs to run for a longer time, thus it need more material, and a good amount of good quality copper is needed, whose cost is high.
The fully automatic temperature rise test system consists of voltage regulator, large current generator and control part.
The function of a voltage regulator is to regulate current by adjusting voltage.
