Dielectric Test System（Withstand Voltage Test System, Hipot Tester）for lab, factory or power grid as factory test or routine maintenance test on material or equipment.
A dielectric withstand test or high potential test is performed on component or product at required potential and time duration, by monitor leakage current to determine its insulation effectiveness, qualifying its operation safety on rated electrical condition.
